Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Gift cards
• Sale items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at soakifynaturals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at soakifynaturals@gmail.com.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
